The visit usually takes between 30 to 45 minutes, is non-invasive, and doesn't require any drilling or lifting of floorboards.

How long is an EPC valid for? +

Once issued, an Energy Performance Certificate is valid for 10 years. You can use it multiple times during this period, unless you make significant energy efficiency improvements to the property, in which case you might want to get a new one to show a higher rating.

What does the £99 starting price include? +

Our starting price of £99 covers domestic properties up to 4 bedrooms in England. There are no hidden fees, travel charges, or lodging fees. Commercial properties or properties with 5+ bedrooms can be quoted separately on request.

How soon can I get the certificate? +

Typically, the digital certificate will be lodged on the government's official EPC register within 24 hours of the assessor's visit. We will also email you a PDF copy for your records.
